Recharge codes: platform issuance and partner CDK resale
Administrators issue directly. Partners turn settled income into permanent codes for other users.
Choose the correct entry
Administrators use Wallet Management → Recharge code management. Platform issuance does not debit a personal account and does not require an issuer wallet. The management page can audit all sources, redemption and cancellation records.
Partners use Partner Console → Income to recharge codes, also linked from their earnings page. This page and its dedicated APIs operate only on their own income-funded codes. Issuance immediately deducts face value times quantity from settled, unfrozen income.
Ordinary users redeem codes in Recharge. Ordinary balance cannot fund code issuance; partners may issue codes only from available income.
Permanent codes for resale
Partner codes have no expiry. The form has no expiry field, and the server rejects an attempt to set one. Pending or frozen income cannot fund issuance. Failed issuance does not deduct funds.
The issuer cannot redeem their own code; identity is checked by user ID, so recreating a wallet does not bypass the rule. Sell or deliver the code to another user. Each code can be redeemed once, and redemption gives the buyer ordinary spending funds, not the issuer's income-withdrawal eligibility. Use Transfer income for personal spending.
Issue and deliver
Enter face value, quantity, purpose and note. Review the total before confirming. A batch supports up to 100 codes. A custom code is supported only for a single-code batch; otherwise the system generates the codes.
The successful batch dialog shows the codes, their source and redemption progress. Copy the codes or export CSV for delivery. Protect unredeemed codes as stored-value vouchers.
Administrator issuance
Select Issue platform codes in Recharge code management. Review value, quantity and purpose. An optional expiry can be set, or left blank for permanent platform codes. Platform issuance never debits personal funds. Its cancellation or expiry creates no personal refund.
Administrators may also manage unused partner codes. Canceling one returns the amount to the original issuer's income account, never to the administrator.
Buyer redemption
The buyer opens Recharge, submits the code and checks ordinary balance and the recharge transaction. A successful retry into the same wallet returns the original result without another credit. Another wallet cannot redeem an already used code.
Canceled and used codes cannot be redeemed. Time-limited platform codes also become unusable after expiry. An issuer's attempt to redeem their own income code returns a clear rejection and leaves the code and balances unchanged.
Retry, cancellation and refunds
If issuance is uncertain, use Retry same batch with its retained request number. Do not immediately create another request number: the first request may already have succeeded.
An unredeemed code may already have been sold. Agree on the buyer's refund or after-sales handling before canceling a sold code. Canceling an unused income code invalidates it and refunds the original income account. Used codes cannot be canceled.
Partner codes never expire automatically. A disabled wallet can still receive its own income refund. See Earnings and withdrawals.
